Minutes of the NEALT Executive Committee meeting on 10 April 2007

An electronic meeting where the following members were present: Kimmo Koskenniemi, Janne Bondi Johannessen, Inguna Skadina, Joakim Nivre, Mare Koit, Eirikur Rögnvaldsson.

  1. Treasurer's Annual Financial Report and Accounts Auditor's report for the purposes of Swedish tax authorities. (See points V.2, V.5. and V.6. in the Constitution).
    • The Treasurer, Joakim Nivre has prepared a Treasurer's Report (in Swedish) which indicates that there have been no other transactions except for the income from the supporting members and expenses for the bank account. The secretary, Janne Bondi Johannessen reports that NEALT has presently 85 registered members.
    • The Auditor, Robin Cooper, has written a financial report (in English) for you to study which is attached (along with the original report in Swedish by the Treasurer).
    • Action: The EC ought to approved unanimously the accounts for the first fiscal period of NGSLT ending December 31, 2007.
